73 year old disabled American Vet. House wad burnt through no fault of his own. His son parked a 5th wheel trailer behind his house. Left a candle burning and went out of town. There was some black powder ammunition. There was an explosion needless to say. Red Cross donated money but his son took the money and left. The city has threatened to take his property if not cleaned up. He has been living in a tent outside his house for almost 2 years now.
