We got Toby to be a little dog that could keep my grandma company and keep her happy. Soon, we all fell in love with him. We took him to the vet to get his check up and we found out he has a grade 4 heart murmur, a hernia, and a dermoid in his eye. We don’t have enough money for the heart surgery but we don’t want him to die. Please help us raise money for the surgery!
