Help a single mom of two special needs boys

I never would do this but I don’t know where else to go, our story is full of up’s and downs we just left a bad living situation my ex was abusive  to not only me but my babies as well I needed to get them out, I was given the chance to take over for my brother in his trailer, but there is so much wrong that it is very over whelming, my ex wouldn’t let me take the washing machine and is currently using it against me because my oldest has bed wetting issues and I need to wash his bedding daily, I am on a very limited income and have utilities and rent to pay, my car has been broken down for months and I need it desperately so I can start going back to therapy and all the dr appointments my kiddos have monthly my kitchen sink has not drained since I moved in and we don’t know why I need a plumber to come in and repair it, as well as look at my water heater my ex did something to it and now won’t heat water up. My trailer runs on propane and last I checked I was in need of a refill, I have very limited income lm in SSI  and I won’t get paid until next month I’m washing school uniforms by hand in cold water, and boiling water in a electric pot to wash his bedding daily. I don’t need a whole lot of help and extra 1500 would help more then I know and that is because I don’t know know how much the plumber would cost and move washers on Facebook are running bout 200 and up at least for the working ones.
