South Africa currently experience regular/daily/ ongoing scheduled power outages called “load shedding” which negatively impacts teaching and learning at our school. If not addressed this will have irreversible consequences for our learners. As a school serving low income communities we are therefore in need of an alternative power source that will provide uninterrupted power supply to eliminate the impact of constant power outages on teaching and learning (especially for computer related studies)
