Maklin Clinic and Maternity Garaku Kokona LGA Nasarawa State Nigeria is a fifteen bed outpatient and inpatient medical facility that undertake the following services;

1.Restorative treatment for diseases.

2: Provide antenatal, post natal, and child health services

3: Provide immunization services including COVID 19 vaccines to the children, pregnant mothers and the vulnerable group.

4: Provide ART/PMTCT services.

5:Provide direct observation treatment for tuberculosis patients.

5: Provide Obstetrics medical ultrasound to pregnant women.

6: Provide data document for it’s services and has been on the DHIS 2 .

With the above services,there will be need for funding to purchase more equipments and medical supplies
