My name is Sarah, and I’m writing to you as a mother, wife, and full-time caregiver, reaching out with hope in my heart and a deep need for help
I’ve been married for 20 years and have three children who mean the world to me. My daughter, now a teenager, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at a young age. In 2018, at just 7 years old, she suffered a stroke and has needed full-time care ever since. My 11-year-old son is autistic and mostly non-verbal, and he also requires round-the-clock support, while working a full time job. My oldest son is an adult and fully independent, working and managing his own life.
Caring for my family is a full-time job filled with both challenges and love—but through the years, I’ve had to put my own needs aside. One of the biggest sacrifices has been my health—especially my dental health. My teeth have decayed significantly, leaving me in constant pain, struggling to eat, and embarrassed to smile. Infections and chronic dental issues are now impacting my overall well-being.
I’m asking for help to raise $32,000 for full dental restoration and dentures. This is not just about appearance—it’s about being free from pain, being able to eat properly again, and having the confidence to smile without shame. I want to feel whole again so I can continue caring for my family with the strength and energy they deserve.
If you’re able to donate, your support would mean the world to me. If you can’t give, please consider sharing my story with others who might be able to help.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story, and for any support—big or small—you can offer. You are helping give me back my health, my smile, and a chance at living pain-free.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Sarah Maxwell-Taylor
