Help a new single mother get on her feet

Hi I have a friend Her name is Holly Parkes. She is a single mother that’s going through it. She lives in a DV shelter at the moment. She’s my bestie I want the best for her and her child. She has no money and I can’t even video chat her because of the safety of others. She just had her baby last year. She’s has no where to go. I wish she could live with me but I am not allowed roommates. Please she has had and easy life she,  and I grew up in foster care we’ve been friends ever since. She’s is a sweet woman that doesn’t deserve this.
please help her take care of herself and her child. Please or DCF will take her child. This is an emergency. We don’t want another child in the system like us. Please help
