Help bring hope back to levi

I’m asking any kind of money help I’m type doesn’t feel right bought doing this but I exhausted all my help and resources while waiting on disability approval ssdi , been over year now , my job fired me while I was going threw surgery and while I was on work comp so it’s long story how I was left screwed with out being fixed be able to work and support my family my wife been working doing all she can , and I’m worried about her health she’s starting get panic attacks a lot do to her demanding job , and I work 30 years straight till my wrist and shoulders and arms have out on me and had two surgery and both failed for carpal tunnel syndrome left worst shape then I started  my hands don’t work right wrist swelling up three trigger fingers on each hand and arthritis in both shoulder and arms and Narcolepsy I got and so on any help would be appreciated as for money I got years worth of bills piling up and bills due and I’m exhausted my retirement and all options waiting on approval from ssdi I sent a dire need letter got attorney helping just afraid of losing what I got left by time disability comes threw ,
