I met a young couple, Francis and Joyce in the gorgeous, green hills of Kenya. They’ve taken in 27 street children. Friend, 27!! They range in age from infant to teenage. Did I say 27? Coz I meant to say 27 (oh darn, I can’t capitalize numbers). Some have special needs.
They are of humble means and need your help today – and ongoing. Today. And ongoing. The most urgent needs are for a water catchment system (they have a well but it dries up) and for school fees for the high schoolers. All high schools in Kenya charge tuition.
Check out the photo of this little guy waiting with and tying the little girl’s shoes while everyone else has run off to some excitement. That captures the spirit of this home.
Also notice that all the girls have their hair done. The clothes had recently been donated for Christmas and the kids are so proud of their new duds.
Please help with your most generous gift to support this precious family.
