Justice and liberty for all

I was sent to prison for a crime.i was sentenced to 1 year.by golly the judge resentenced me gave Me five years in Aug 19 2021 my sentence went to the supreme court and they found the sentence was un just and where to be released from custody persuant supreme court ruling dubois vs north dakota well it’s now 5/4/2023 and they just now fixed it ,well to my luck my parental rights were being termated due to the fact I was incarcerated over the time I had completed everything was a free man fighting the justice system for what was rightfully mine had any one of them brought up this fact with my criminal procedures then that’s a free man and his mom ur treating the justice like it’s a puppet show we are all suppose to be Americans,I feel like like America really don’t care but if u look facts was a free man and my judge did not help me my lawyer and the prosection or anyone in that matter it’s against our civil rights 6 th amendment that we be represented to the fullest extent of the law but when they are making sure we do our time and then some and do every thing to finish the battle against a free man if people will talk to me I can show them they never brought up the dubois vs north Dakota judgment until Monday the 24 2023 where do justice draw the line when we have nothing here is my argument I was not given proper representation when it came to my kids and my freedom when they don’t try to right their wrongs and tell the poor man that has been the target of law enforcement and the north Dakota courts I need money to start the legal stuff it’s 300 to file a paper and I can not get no help from legal aid and attys are out of my pay range but a direct appeal to the supreme court will get the play in motion to show the justice system mistake and they just looked out for what ever they may due to justify what they have done I want to be herd and counted as far as America I don’t want money because money will ultimately be Americans fall the money don’t mean nothing at the end of the day when u have nothing left to be proud of or nothing u feel like u can work for my parental rights where tremated and it was due to ineffective council not bring up the fact my sentence was done and over and their mistakes cost me greatly my kids have suffered and I have suffered if America can’t be justice for all I then give up my fight and refuse to suffer I fear not the battle ahed but the ones that might get left behind we need to here this please my last chance at liberty and justice for every one
