I am a very bad diabetic, my liver is now failing, high blood, neuropathy and arthritis in my body, my job used to be certified nursing assistant and I tried working, I am to weak it takes a minute to get disability funds, so I am seeking help to the community and whoever is willing, would be much appreciated, right now I live in a shelter receiving $45. from welfare
