Verify Your Crowdfund

Displaying verification on your Crowdfund campaign page can bring more trust and more donations to your fundraiser. Here's how it's done:

Step 1) Log in

If you aren't already logged in, log in to your Crowdfund account using your registered email address and password.

Step 2) Go to "My Campaigns"

Once logged in, select “My Campaigns” from the menu in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 3) Select Your Campaign

Find the campaign which you’d like to verify, then click the “Verify” button on its right-hand side. Then, click “Add Verification”.

Step 4) Prepare Your Documents

Gather any proofs of purchases, such as receipts, order confirmations, bills or invoices that demonstrate how you spend for your cause. Make sure the documents are clear and legible.

Step 5) Upload

Upload a photo of the document you’d like to verify by clicking on the "Upload Receipt” button. List its price in the "Amount" box. Press “Add Verification” to submit additional proofs of purchases. Once the images have been uploaded with their prices listed, click “save”.
(Tip: the more proofs of purchases you submit, the more donors can trust your fundraiser spending).

Step 6) Share The Good News!

Once your submission has been verified, it will be marked as such on the platform. You will gain access to additional features, including having your fundraiser listed on the "Verified" page. Share this update with your network to maximize donor trust and your potential for new donations.
