Effective March 31, 2026, Crowdfund, as it’s currently known and used as a consumer-facing platform, will no longer be available in its current form. Particular details and specifics of these coming changes are not laid out here, but the two most important points regarding the platform's transition are outlined here as follows.
| February 26, 2026
"Create a Crowdfund" button: starting new Crowdfund campaigns are now restricted to approved requests only.
| March 31, 2026
Platform operations are now transitioning and changes are underway. This may include the loss of access to Crowdfund campaigns and accounts. Up until this date, existing Crowdfund campaigns remain active as normal, including all fundraising functions for campaigns such as sharing, editing, receiving donations, withdrawing funds, etc. Beyond this date, campaigns may be transitioned to inactive, archived, and/or removed.
As a reminder, you may complete any of the following for a campaign if and while it remains available.
| Ensure your fundraising activities involving your Crowdfund campaign page are concluded. For campaigners with any outstanding funds available to withdraw, you may request to withdraw all remaining funds.
| If you wish to save the content of your Crowdfund campaign, be sure to screenshot/screencapture any and all content and info of your campaign and/or your crowdfund account that you'd like to hold on to.
| As a reminder to campaigners who find themselves in the position to do so, this may be an appropriate time to send any final communications regarding your campaign to those supporting your Crowdfund journey, such as the sharers and donors of your campaign.
